Pricing

One licence. Everything in it.

There are no editions to compare and no modules to unlock later. Every customer gets the whole product, and access to real engineers. Tell us what you're connecting and we'll price it.

Unlimited interfaces, messages, users and non-production environments
What's included

The whole product, in every agreement.

Twelve things. You get all twelve.

Linkiir Grid Integration Engine

The engine itself. Typed objects for HL7 v2, FHIR, X12 and XML, durable message handling, and replay for anything that goes wrong.

Linkiir Management Dashboard

Throughput, queue depth, workflow health and the state of every service, on one screen. Start, stop and replay from the same place.

Linkiir Schema Builder

Ground-up technology for modelling message grammars. Definitions, segments, composites and cardinality, editable and validated as you go.

Linkiir APIs

Everything the console does, over HTTP. Deploy from CI, gate promotion on a passing run-test, trigger a replay from a script.

Linkiir Queue and Log Archive

Durable queuing with a searchable archive. Retention set by you, exportable for audit, and the basis for replay.

Linkiir Integrations and Scripting Builder

Drag the nodes, wire them, then write the transform in VS Code embedded in the product. Nothing new to learn.

Custom User Permissions

Role-based access down to the project and action, with MFA, SSO and provisioning. No seat counting, no permissions tier.

Multi-site Deployment

Run Grid on premise, on Kubernetes, on a single VM or across multiple VM deployments, at as many sites as you need.

Upgrades and Updates

Every version for the life of the agreement, with upgrade notes written for people doing it at 6 a.m. on a Sunday.

Linkiir High Availability

Active/active topology with automatic failover, and message-level durability so nothing is acknowledged before it is persisted.

Linkiir Migration and Legacy Lua Adapter

Run alongside your incumbent engine while parity is proven on live traffic. The legacy Lua adapter carries your existing scripts across.

Notification and Support Modules

Quiet-endpoint alarms, backlog thresholds and error-rate alerts, plus access to the engineers who answer when one fires.

How we price

What it costs depends on how much you are connecting.

Two hospitals and forty sites are different problems, and a single published number would be wrong for one of them. Tell us roughly what you need to connect and we will give you a real figure, not a range.

  • One licence, whole product. No editions, no feature gates, no module you discover you need in month four.
  • The rate falls as you grow. Connecting more should cost less per connection, and it does.
  • Access to real engineers is part of it. Not a services contract you sign separately.
  • A free migration parity assessment first. On your real traffic, before you commit to anything.

What we don't charge for

Per message. Per interface. Per connector. Per user seat. Per support ticket. Per API call. Per environment below production. Overage on a busy flu season.

Also included
  • Every adapter in the Integration Network, including the ones added after you sign
  • Unlimited dev, test, staging and training environments
  • Unlimited console users
  • Documentation, the API and the full release history
  • BAA, DPA and the security package
Before you ask

Pricing FAQ

Why don't you charge per message like everyone else?

Because per-message pricing punishes exactly the behaviour we want from you. Route more through the engine, consolidate your interfaces, add the analytics feed: all of that is good architecture, and none of it should generate an invoice conversation. It also makes your budget unforecastable, because nobody can tell you how many ADTs a bad flu season produces.

Are there editions or tiers?

No. There is one product and everyone gets all of it, including high availability, the APIs, multi-site deployment and the migration tooling. If you see a feature listed on this page, it is in your agreement.

Is support really included?

Yes. You get the product and access to real engineers: incidents, break-fix, new interface builds and documentation. There is no support tier to upgrade to.

What happens when we add sites mid-term?

They're pro-rated to your renewal date, and if the addition moves you into a better rate, that rate applies to the whole estate from that point. No re-signing, no new term start.

Can we try it before we commit?

Yes. Download it and run it, ask us for an evaluation licence, or send us your worst interface and we'll shadow your live traffic through Grid and write up how the output compares with your incumbent. All three are free, and none of them require a purchase conversation first.
